Where do I even start! No one knows what they will face when a family member needs to move into assisted living and a lot of times you can feel like you are on your own island. But our family will be forever grateful for Assisted Living Made Simple, especially Shar! A true angel and blessing to our family. 5 weeks ago we reached out to them because my Aunt who lives in Florida was needing to find an assisted living location, we live in Ohio so trying to navigate this was very difficult, but Shar stepped right in and helped to take my Aunt to places that she could afford and would care for her with the medical challenges she was facing. We had a few bumps along the way, but it didn't feel like bumps because Shar's direction and network helped us make the best choices for my Aunt.  I received the sweetest message today sharing with me that she had been at the Assisted Living location showing someone else around and passed my Aunt walking (doing her laps) in the hallway and could tell that she was adjusting and doing well. There is nothing better then knowing there are guardian angels out there that can give peace of mind when you don't live in the same state.  I highly recommend Assisted Living Made Simple and hope that when the time comes to needing help in making this process easier, you will call them! This is the best group of ladies, ever! We've been going to the support group for awhile and it is so helpful! Recently our mother was in the hospital and then needed rehab. Estelle was supportive and kind ! Everything I needed she was there for me. I felt so supported. Now we have hospice coming in. These women are a Godsend.

Rose, Jen, and the team definitely lived up to their name in helping transition my grandparents into assisted living. They helped with every step of the process from assessing their needs and their wants, assisting with form completion, communication with doctor’s offices, and financial needs. They narrowed down facilities to tour, set up and joined in on the tours, and of course, found a facility perfect for my grandparent’s needs. They have been there a few months now and are eating better, getting therapy they need, getting transportation to doctor’s appointments, and the list goes on. My only wish is that they would’ve gone sooner so that they could’ve enjoyed the fun activities more and had less struggle in the last year at home. Never once did we feel pressured and it is evident that the team is in this business for the right reasons. I highly recommend anyone even mildly considering assisted living to reach out. They make the process seamless! I wish I would’ve known about this life changing service in the past 15 years as an occupational therapist. I will be forever grateful for the Assisted Living Made Simple Team, and the new lease on life they gave my grandparents.

Wow! Estelle, the Ormond Beach Assisted Senior Services Representative, was simply outstanding in helping place our Mom in assisted living. From the time that I first spoke to Estelle to the time that Mom moved in was one (1) week! On Day 1, Estelle identified three possible assisted living facilities for us to consider based on basic information I provided about my mom and her contacts and knowledge in the local Ormond Beach area. She presented the pros and cons of each and then met me to tour 1 facility that we thought would work. Turns out it was a great fit. Our family was struggling to find a solution, but Estelle assessed, evaluated and took all of the strain off of family members. Mom seems content and is receiving the care that she needs. We will always be grateful to have found our way to Assisted Senior Services and Estelle! Thank you!
